
All orders are handled and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday). We cannot ship on national holidays. When you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. The ETA of your order depends on the shipping type.

Refunds are issued to customers who did not receive their orders and choose a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason, packages do not reach customers, or should customers be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of the order will be issued. Unfortunately, FDA regulations prohibit us from accepting returned medicinal items. A full refund may be requested in the event of non-receipt.
